Terms of service

Understand the website's purpose, enquiry process and the agreements that apply to services.

Last updated: 8 November 2026

About these terms

These terms describe use of the public website of Joxicraft (Pty) Ltd, based at 61 Currey Street, Kimberley, 8301, South Africa. Read them together with the privacy policy. They do not replace a signed service agreement, quotation, support agreement or service-specific terms.

Questions can be sent to sales@joxicraft.co.za or discussed by phone on +27 53 010 1113.

Website information and quotations

The website introduces services and provides project-record summaries. Service scopes shown are discussion points, not fixed packages, binding offers, guaranteed outcomes or promises of availability. Confirm current information with the team before making a procurement or operational decision.

Sending an enquiry does not create a service contract or book an appointment. Deliverables, prices, payment obligations, timelines, dependencies, acceptance criteria and support responsibilities must be confirmed in the applicable written quotation or agreement. No online payment or automatic ordering facility is offered here.

Enquiries and support

The enquiry form opens a draft in your email app. It does not send an enquiry, create a support ticket or confirm receipt. You must send the draft yourself, or contact a listed mailbox directly. Check the recipient and contents before sending. If no app opens, copy the details into an email or phone the team.

No response time or emergency attendance is guaranteed by this website. For urgent incidents, use the contact and escalation arrangements in your service agreement. Careers enquiries are expressions of interest, not advertised vacancies or employment offers.

Acceptable use

Use the website and contact channels lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt services, introduce malicious code, impersonate others or send spam or unlawful content. Do not disclose credentials or confidential third-party information through a general enquiry.

Access to an internal management route is not permission to manage accounts or publish content. Connected-account actions require the account owner's authorisation and applicable provider rules.

Content and third-party services

Respect the intellectual property rights associated with website text, images, logos and other content. Third-party marks belong to their respective owners; showing a mark or linking to a provider does not itself establish certification, endorsement or a particular commercial relationship.

Images identified as illustrative are not evidence of a completed project or photographs of the team. Ask for approved references and supporting records. External websites, images and email applications are operated by third parties and may change or become unavailable; their own terms apply.

Availability and applicable rights

The website may be updated or temporarily unavailable. Do not rely on it as the sole source of technical advice or as an emergency support channel. Confirm advice and contractual commitments directly with the team.

Nothing on this page is intended to exclude rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable South African law. Any warranties, limitations of liability or dispute procedures for a purchased service must be addressed in its applicable agreement rather than inferred from website descriptions.

Changes and questions

The date above identifies this version of the website terms. Changes to these terms do not by themselves change an existing signed service agreement. Contact the team if you need clarification before relying on website information or sharing personal information.
