Scope and contact
This policy describes the public website operated by Joxicraft (Pty) Ltd, based at 61 Currey Street, Kimberley, 8301, South Africa, and the enquiry options available on it. It does not replace a privacy notice or data-processing agreement supplied for a particular client service.
For privacy questions, contact accounts@joxicraft.co.za or phone +27 53 010 1113. Please describe your request without attaching sensitive documents until the appropriate process is confirmed.
Information you provide
The website enquiry form uses your name, email address, optional company name, enquiry type and message to prepare an email draft in your email app. These fields remain in the open page; the website does not submit them to a form backend or save them in browser storage. You must review and send the email yourself. Your email app or provider may save drafts according to its own settings and policies.
If you send an email or contact the team directly, your contact details, message and any attachments become part of that correspondence. They are used to handle your request, discuss a quotation or service, provide support, or respond to an accounts or privacy enquiry. A careers enquiry does not require you to upload a CV to this website.
Provide only information needed for your request. Do not include passwords, access codes, identity documents, patient records or other sensitive information in the website form.
Technical information and cookies
When you visit, hosting and network systems may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested URLs and request times to deliver the site, troubleshoot problems and protect infrastructure. The public website does not currently offer an analytics tracker, advertising tracker or newsletter subscription feature.
The public enquiry form does not use cookies or local storage to retain its entries. Hosting systems and external services may have their own logging or cookie practices. This statement does not cover cookies or sessions used by a separately configured internal management system.
Service providers and external links
Website hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver their services. Some page images load from Unsplash, which receives the technical request needed to serve an image. Google Maps and other external links take you to services governed by their own privacy policies.
External providers may process information outside South Africa. Ask the team for the applicable processing arrangements before sharing information that requires specific safeguards. This website does not publish enquiry details or provide an advertising-data sale feature.
Security and retention
No internet or email service can guarantee absolute security. Use the agreed secure communication process for confidential client data. Website form entries are not retained by the website after the page is closed; email correspondence and technical logs have separate retention arrangements.
Contact the team to confirm retention periods, recipients and safeguards applicable to your correspondence or service. This policy does not promise a single retention period for every service or require deletion of records that must be kept for applicable legal or contractual purposes.
Your privacy requests
Under applicable South African privacy law, including POPIA, you may have rights to request access to or correction of personal information, request deletion where applicable, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. These rights can be subject to verification and legal exceptions.
Send requests to the privacy contact above. The team may need to verify your identity through an appropriate process before disclosing or changing information. You may also raise a complaint with South Africa's Information Regulator (opens a new tab).
For deletion requests, follow the user data deletion instructions.
Connected accounts and policy updates
This public website does not require a Facebook or Instagram login to browse or prepare an enquiry. Internal social-management integrations, if enabled, require separate authorisation and an applicable notice describing account data, permissions, retention and deletion. This page alone is not confirmation of an integration's compliance or approval by Meta.
Changes to public website features may require an update to this policy. The date above identifies this version. Contact the team for any service-specific privacy notice and read the website terms of service.
