Android
- Open the Settings app.
- Select Wireless & Networks > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names.
- Click the Menu button.
- Select New APN.
- Enter yourmobile as the APN name and APN field.
Important: Make sure there’s NO space before or after yourmobile.
- Click the Menu button.
- Select Save.
Blackberry
- Select Settings > Options.
- Complete one of the following:
- BlackBerry v4.0 or earlier, click TCP/IP.
- BlackBerry v4.1 to 5.0, click Advanced Options > TCP/IP.
- BlackBerry v6.0 and later, click Device > Advanced System Settings > TCP/IP.
- Enter yourmobile into the APN field and name.
Important: Make sure there’s NO space before or after yourmobile.
- Press the Menu key.
- Select Save.
iPad – iOS 6/7
- Click on the Settings icon.
- In the settings menu select Cellular Data.
- Select APN Settings.
- Enter yourmobile into the APN field.
Important: Make sure there’s NO space before or after yourmobile.
iPhone – iOS 7+
- Click on the Settings icon.
- In the settings menu select Mobile.
- Select Mobile Data Network.
- Under the Mobile Data grouping, enter yourmobile into the APN field.
Important: Make sure there’s NO space before or after yourmobile.
iPhone – iOS 6 and lower
- Click on the Settings icon.
- In the settings menu select General.
- Select Cellular or Mobile.
- Under the Cellular Data Network grouping, enter yourmobile into the APN field.
Important: Make sure there’s NO space before or after yourmobile.
Symbian
- Select Menu > Settings > Configurations.
- Select Personal Configuration Settings > Add.
- Select Access Point Settings > Bearer Settings.
- Enter yourmobile into the APN field.
Important: Make sure there’s NO space before or after yourmobile.
- Go back to Personal Configuration Settings menu.
- Select yourmobile.
- Click Options and choose Activate.
Windows Phone
- In the App list, select the Settings icon.
- Select Cellular.
- Select Add Internet APN.
- Enter yourmobile into the APN field.
Important: Make sure there’s NO space before or after yourmobile.
- Select Save.
