Office Online is the Office experience you know and love, brought to you conveniently on the web – for free.
Here’s how to get the most from Office Online.

Find and create your files on Office.com

Go to Office.com and simply select Word, PowerPoint, Excel, or OneNote to pick up where you left off or start a new project.

Use online word
Use online powerpoint
Use online OneNote
Use online Excel

Your work is automatically saved, online
There is no save button. Office Online stores your documents online, in OneDrive, and saves automatically as you work. You don’t have to worry about losing your changes, and your documents are accessible from any device with a browser.

Work together with others
With Office Online, you can invite people to work on the same document, at the same time. When you’re ready to send a document to a friend, just click Share in the toolbar. You’ll see what they’re typing on your own screen, so everyone stays in sync.
